Respect MY AUTHORITY

June 17, 2018

Heads up. The Nazi’s are coming.

Emm naw, fuck off. Your an idiot already demanding agreement instead of seeking it. Your already a moron in my mind so give up and fuck off or change your tune or keep it up and aye you’ll find out what chewing a brick feels like.

My Dad tried to convince me there isn’t a moon. Not no moon landling but no moon and that it was a US government conspiracy. My Mums a Scientologists and your view on that depends on your viewpoint. My Dad happens to have left Scientology and has spoke out against it in the past.

Both expect my respect to their authority and the pair of them can fuck off and be idiotic morons in other peoples lives.

I’ll give Hubbard this respect he came out with a few beauts. One I love in particular was the definition of Responsibility. (He would also capitalize that word, it seems the Scientology guilt, cross to be borne, is a bit heavier than the Catholic one, anyway) this definition of responsibility went something like this:

“Refusal of the right of intrevention between oneself and some other entity or some matter, energy, space, time or form.” Perhaps loosely paraphrased from memory but the idea stands.

Beliefs should be encouraged not enforced.

Laws should be sensible not counter-intuitive.

Life should be more simple than convoluted.

Leaders should earn respect not demand it.

Using a carrot is better than a stick.

I hereby refute my parents right to make me respect some daft authority idea using access to family as leverage.

They’ve decided to fuck with the wrong guy. My older brother they got away with, so far.

I might be daft in some ways but I’m no so daft as to blindly follow anyone.

The more righteous you behave the more I think I’m talking to insecurities.

Making others conform to some life style that you prefer for you to a degree is ok.

To a degree.

The more opinionated people are becoming the more judgmental they are being and the less tolerance there is in the world.

Being prejudiced is not an excuse to carry pride. In fact being righteous for me is the mark of an insecure idiot who’s overly opinionated.

The pope saying the use of condoms in Africa is immoral is not being righteous or right. It’s just fucking daft.

(It was the previous pope and the current one is taking a hard line on care of refugee’s and I do respect that as a righteous view. There is some weight to the pro-life arguments but not when it relates to consenting adults sex lifes.)

In the end, after all the arguments you can say respect my authority all you like. People may act like they respect you but they fucking wont.

Unless you’ve earned it.

True respect is only earned and given, never taken.
