Leadership

June 14, 2018

Comes in 2 flavours. Using a dependency or showing the way and there is a vast difference but there is 50 shades of gray in there.

Expansion of personal potential or suppression of it is the defining line. Does the person in power want the person to succeed or be submissive. It’s a fine line. Encouragement or entrapment? It’s a fine line.

Especially if you add in what goes on in the entertainment industry. There is so much abuse to not only women but also men and even children.

Make it about empowering others. Be the first one up the ladder kind of thing, that’s leadership. Setting a good example but not a brash one. Be keen and clean is the secret to being a good leader of others. It is a skill and does require that one have the most knowledge/experience or inspirational ideas.

Holding back money/help with livelyhood to make someone do something is not leadership. It’s manipulation.

Leadership is making someone wanting to do something and showing them how not, making someone have to do something without assistance. That’s the call of religion and not leadership. It’s the call of love us of the door to heaven will be closed and it bullshit and an excuse to make others submissve to the ‘righteous’.

The only people in this world who have the right to be right are those who are. Those who claim to be the most right about the afterlife or which is the best way for some religion, political party or even football are quite frankly talking shite.

Being right is being able to stand on your own. Without a belief, without state support, without a partner, without… it means being able to survive.

That makes a leader. Those who can and those who can show others. They get respected.

Because they’ve earned it.
