Me and a bro thru our teens, were brought up in the cult of Scientology together, quite far right, usual stuff, hate blacks, really don’t like the mongos and retarded types and sure as hell wont put up with those queers… ya get the point, those who are ‘unlikely to advance the species’ stuff, this is the mindset we were brought up in. On a long haul drive in our early 20s, discussing how to improve education, I asked ‘What would be the best way to improve school grades’, his respone was dystopian level stuff, he said, ‘You shoot the kid with the worst grades of the school on graduation day, in public, in front of the whole school and attending parents. In our cult mindset back then, we shamelessly spent a good time laughing gleefully at the possible scenarios the ‘dumbest’ would be involved in to dodge the bottom spot in the last few months leading up to graduation, it never once occured to us we might be judging this ‘dumbest one’ by the wrong standards. One example: Happy Mondays, it’s a UK Indie band, the whole band are ‘retards’, they are high school drop outs, junkies, wasters, never worked a day in their life and in their teens and 20s if they couldn’t get enough drugs for their habit from their gov support money they would go shoplifting – so bottom 1-2% right? Go listen to some of the music they produced. The band toured for years after their debut album, had successful follow up albums, made come backs, I attended 2 of their gigs, the stage performance was disgusting, drug infused, obv drunk, but they could do it, the music still made it into a part of my soul and still to this day when I hear their music I feel it deep. Would you give any gov authority the right to pass laws to decide who we wipe out and which ones we don’t? Remem there’s more than a few of the richest who have voiced the idea and believe a reduction in the Earth’s population would be better for humanity… pause and think about that last wee bit. They reckon life would be better if we wiped out the lower %s… how long before the % for ‘making it’ rises above a level even you can reach? Or maybe you’ve a relative or friend who may not ‘make the cut’, how long before this is turned on to you and yours? Sorry, not sorry, for the rant.
