Agree to give Russia Crimea if they withdraw and give a security guarantee to never again invade Ukraine and not interfere with Ukraine joining the EU. NATO should guarantee to never install its forces or bases in Ukraine.

Sanctions against Russia and Putin’s claims to the Donetsk region remain on the table for negotiation.

This isn’t perfect but it’s a pathway to the negotiating table. Which will save countless lives.
