Ideologies are perfectly fine until they get into the hands of insecure people who have a need to make others agree with them.

And we live in a world with a lot of insecure people.

Any ideology can be rightfully owned by anyone.

But!…

No one has any right to impose this on another and especially not be righteous about it.

The arrogance that comes from the anger of the insecure is the cause of most of our woes, from the racist to the abusive partner to dictator wars, genocides, or religious jihads.

It’s the insecure imposing their will on another.
