Is Time. It’s the only force of nature that we have absolute control over ever.

Gravity, money, love and as it is old age are always going to kick your ass if you play with them with fire.

The only one you can top trump and play with fire with is time. That’s the only force of nature that is utterly in your power to defeat.

Think of life as how you relate to it. Easily done. How well you relate to your family determines how well they relate to you. How you relate to money massively affects how it plays a role in your own life. How you love relates to how your loved.

But time can’t fight back. It’s more of a constant than the speed of light, gravity, love and happiness. No one can affect your own time more than you.

That’s the key phrase, YOUR OWN TIME.

Yes even locked up in a jail – your mind is still your own to do with as you like and decide what to use your incarcerated time with.

Your relationship with time is always in your control. Always. When to get in/out the shower. When to leave for work. When to change routes on a journey on the road or in life. When to call it off, ask them out. Start ones xmas shopping, arrive/leave work.

No matter the situation in life, how you use your time and what you do with it is up to you.

If it’s so bad your head is constantly being nipped and never your own then there is the first problem. Some time alone – me time. To work things out for yourself might be time well spent.

Anyone can zone out from the world into their whenever they want. That is where you can have your own relationship with time and make up your own mind once you’ve found a minute of calm.

Even if you have to go to the loo or if your being tortured – zone out.

You mind is your own as much as your relationship with time is. They are both a force of nature.
