Vampires would rather have you dead than incapable, as they see it in their eye’s. Very few people are born wanting to be sucked dry but some seem to also seek it. It’s an old folks tale that holds all too true. Some just want to take you for everything and a fictitious tale most suited to this is a monstrous type person who’d even suck you dry of your blood as the most extreme example.

I want to divide the Vampire subject into 2 categories. Those who simulate it for kicks and those who live it for real.

By that I mean I read a slightly disturbing article in FHM once about people who dressed up as Vampires and met once a month to party. Now the whole article trailed me on for ten mins with mild interest about the drinks consumed, the country side resorts hired out piece meal, the drugs taken and the fun had. Until it got to the end.

They timed the parties to the females members monthly cycle who all made an effort to stay sync’d. It ruined the whole charade for me. Obviously not for them but then if they’re consenting adults… Not my cup of tea for sure.

Ok for me that’s the dress up, make believe, living out some weekend fantasy kinda crowd. Who isn’t.

But there is another. They have to dominate those around them. Have to have others dependent on them. Would never help without massive control attached to it. Say nice things with a curve. Preach empowerment and practice enslavement. Crave leverage over others, religionists are good at that.

It’s so subtle it’s as nice as it is destructive. Often covered up with a ‘just having a wee laugh’. It’s the means the insecure use to keep those around them subjugated. It’s a sickness and I don’t know if it can be cured.

People who would rather have you dead than capable for them do not have your best interest at heart.

They don’t even have their own best interest at heart.
